We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team at Barts NHS Trust. This role involves providing specialized neuro rehabilitation services to patients. What will your responsibilities be:
As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive neuro rehabilitation services. Your duties will include conducting detailed assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, provide education and support to patients and their families, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our neuro rehabilitation services. You will also be involved in discharge planning and liaising with community services to ensure seamless patient care.
