We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Locum Neuro and Older People’s Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team for a mixed role focused on providing rehabilitation services to individuals with neuro and older people’s needs. The role involves managing a complex caseload that includes both traumatic brain injury and acquired neuro conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), and motor neurone disease (MND). The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation support, ensuring that clients receive personalized and effective treatment throughout their recovery process.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a diverse caseload, including individuals with traumatic brain injuries and various acquired neurological conditions. You will be expected to assess, plan, and implement treatment programs for clients, ensuring a person-centered approach. This will involve collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, providing expert advice and support, and adjusting care plans based on patient progress. Additionally, the role may require providing education and guidance to patients' families, as well as ensuring that documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of care plans and provide leadership within the team.
