Position Summary We're hiring a skilled Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in litigation and/or business law. You'll handle complex cases, advise business clients, and represent them in court, mediation, and transactions. This is a high-impact role with room to grow professionally and make a meaningful difference.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage litigation and business law matters from start to finish
ā¢ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
ā¢ Conduct depositions and confidently appear in court
ā¢ Represent clients in mediations and negotiations
ā¢ Advise businesses on compliance, structure, and strategy
ā¢ Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements
ā¢ Assist with entity formation and corporate governance
ā¢ Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
ā¢ Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
ā¢ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
ā¢ Team-oriented mindset with a drive to excel
Education & Experience
ā¢ Active California law license
ā¢ Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
