THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sr. Strategic Account Manager (IC4) at Nova Credit, you'll drive the complete lifecycle success of our most strategic consumer lending customers. You'll develop new business opportunities while growing and deepening relationships with our clientsâincluding leading fintechs, credit card issuers and other agile consumer lenders across North America.
Taking a highly consultative approach, you'll build deep, trust-based relationships across your portfolio. We're seeking a seasoned individual contributor who can own and accelerate rapid revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customer accounts.
NYC-preferred: This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days per week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) based in the NYC Metropolitan area, reporting to our Head of Consumer Lending, with travel to client sites required ~25% of the time. Candidates based in NYC are preferred, however, we welcome candidates willing to relocate to the New York City Metropolitan Area to applyâ we provide relocation support to make your move smooth.
$264,000 - 330,000 USD
The above compensation range is for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. This range reflects On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes a combination of base salary, incentive compensation, and/or commission-based earnings. We consider all elements of compensation as a part of the value we provide to Novans. This may include base salary, equity grants, incentive compensation for eligible roles, professional development, flexible PTO, and tenure rewards.
