Job Description

Track & trace: monitor shipment status and update the information, maintain data, make sure Power BI Dashboard is daily up to date.
Identify missing shipment base on Invoice number and coordinate with LSP to obtain accurate data.
Communicate with planner to identify their cargo milestone status.
Consol data from systems and excel file to define overview status to report to planner.
Import data to excel file for following up daily/weekly/monthly.
Project event preparation and other tasks: prepare slide, on-site visit to customer plant to support team…
