Get to Know the Role
As our Quality Operation & Analytics Associate, you will be the bridge between our nationwide pools and our strategic goals. Your mission is to transform the raw inspection data into our tactical plan to make our vehicle "street ready". You will oversee the integrity of our quality inspection, ensuring no fraud occurs and that our product tiers always meet their respective standards.
You will report to Fleet Quality Assistant Manager for quality inspection integrity, gap analysis between broken unit and repair result, and also progress of any projects related quality programs.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Frequent fraud and integrity audit to flag discrepancies / suspicious inspection result from Check Points activities.
- Periodic analysis for discrepancies between Not Good result of Check Points activities vs. Direct Repair entry and propose necessary activity to improve the situation.
- Conduct Gap analysis : analyze Quality In (broken units) vs. Final QC (after repair units), identify what cars get stuck in the repair pipeline.
- Regional sync with Pool Lead in our 12 branches, to review periodic Check Points inspection result, branch's fleet quality condition and necessary support needed.
- Support project roll out, coordinating with internal and external team members to manage projects run inline with timeline.
- Manage QMS for Fleet Operation, collaborate with Internal Auditor & Business Compliance to ensure our policy & standard are still relevant.
- Evaluate new product / model vehicle both 4W & 2W which potentially used for ride hailing services.
