About the role

统筹协调所有 PA 相关的研发工作
支持EM VCP团队定义及验证产品技术要求
作为研发工程师，担任MPP 项目阶段的核心角色
负责跟踪和推进产品开发工作

收集、汇总、梳理、共享并分析来自 EM VCP 团队的所有产品开发需求。
紧密协同各 PA 产品开发团队，基于现有产品规格及供应商工艺水平，定义合适的产品与性能指标，并组织所有产品测试、跟踪及分析结果。
与各 PA 工程团队紧密协作，完成其他研发相关工作，例如工程变更、图纸发布等。
在 EM VCP PIF 流程中承担研发角色。
跟踪 MPP 项目的研发进度。
收集并跟踪关键数据，共同制定达成约定的整体目标的方案。

Engineering activities coordinator with all PA
Supports EM VCP team define and verify product technical requirements
Plays a key role during MPP project phase as EPV
Is responsible for tracking and pushing product development activities

Collects, consolidates, structures, shares and analyzes all product development requirement from EM VCP team
Working closely with each PA product development engineering team, base on existing product spec. and supplier process know how to define proper product and performance specification and organize all product testing, track/analysis results.
Working closely with each PA engineering team to perform other engineering relevant tasks, e.g, EC, drawing release.
Play EPV role in the EM VCP PIF process.
Keeps track of engineering work package for MPP projects.
Collects and tracks key data and co-defines measures to reach agreed common targets.
