WHAT YOUâLL DO
As Business Expert within Talent Management, youâll contribute to the design, implementation and continuous development of our digital solutions connected to core Talent processes like Performance Management, Succession Planning and Compensation. Youâll have a key role in connecting processes, systems and people, ensuring our talent management landscape evolves and creates business value in line with our business strategy, priorities and digital ambition.
Youâll act as the bridge between HR process expertise and digital product development. Combining deep HR process knowledge with strong product understanding, working in a cross-functional team to design, configure, test and continuously improve our SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
Key Responsibilities:âŻ
- Work with discovery to ensure the right problems are being solved using design thinking methods, data and insights, and user interviews.
- Translate business and HR needs into clear functional requirements and structured user stories.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert within SAP SuccessFactors (Succession & Development, Performance & Goals and Compensation).
- Drive innovation and continuous improvements in existing solutions and contribute to configuration discussions and solution design.
- Lead functional testing, creating structured test cases for UAT, and ensuring validation of new functionality and releases.âŻ
- Support prioritization and contribute to scalable, high-quality digital solutions across our talent landscape.

As a Business Expert, youâll be part of our Digital HR team responsible for solutions that enable, and support our people processes across the H&M Group.âŻYouâllâŻcollaborate with HR experts and leaders across central and regional functions, Talent Management Process Owners, Product Managers, fellow Business Experts, vendor partners and technical teams. Together, youâll ensure our Talent Management solutions create measurable business value and deliver excellent colleague experiences.

- Solid experience working with Talent Management processes within Performance, Succession Planning and Compensation.
- Hands-on functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Succession & Development, Performance & Goals, and Compensation).âŻExperience in the Career & Talent Development module is meriting.
- Strong ability to capture HR and business needs and translate these into clear product requirements and structured user stories.
- Experience working with functional testing and quality assurance.
- AâŻBachelorâs orâŻMasterâsâŻdegree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business, or related field.
