We’re looking for a mid-level IT Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys owning recruitment projects end-to-end.
This is not an entry-level coordination role — and it’s not a highly strategic leadership role either. We’re looking for someone in the sweet spot: experienced enough to drive results independently, yet hands-on and excited about execution.
You’ll be partnering with engineering leaders in the automotive technology space, working closely with stakeholders from US, India and Germany, and managing external recruitment vendors to ensure high-quality, timely hires across LATAM.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and engineering roles within the automotive sector.
- Partner with hiring managers (local and global) to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
- Manage stakeholder communication with teams in US, India and Germany, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
- Drive recruitment projects with clear milestones, tracking metrics and delivery.
- Manage and evaluate external vendors and outsourcing partners, ensuring performance, quality pipelines, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct structured interviews focused on technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health).
- Identify market trends and proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience aligned with global standards.
