The Business Performance Management (BPM) team sits within Grab Vietnam's Org Transformation function and focuses on turning business and market insights into measurable performance outcomes. The team partners closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operations across Mobility, Food and Financial Services to understand market dynamics, optimize investments, and protect the country P&L.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Performance Management Specialist to support our team by gathering market insights, preparing performance reports, and assisting in project management. We are looking for strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to strategic initiatives. You will report to Head, Business Performance Management and work onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Market and On the ground insights

• Collect and verify information from multiple sources, including desk research, field research, and manual data checks
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support business decisions

Performance reporting

• Compile and analyze data to create reports on ground-level insights, internal performance, and ad-hoc projects
• Present clear and concise information for team use and management review

Project support

• Assist in all phases of projects including planning, execution, and acceptance
• Evaluate project results and suggest improvements or next steps
