Your contribution to something big:
- Support global PMO activities by coordinating meetings, events, and collaboration across international project teams;
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation and knowledge鈥憁anagement systems (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams);
- Create communication and enablement materials such as presentations, meeting minutes, quick guides, FAQs, and community posts;
- Produce training and marketing videos using tools like Synthesia and HeyGen and coordinate related communication actions;
- Engage with stakeholders to support change management, communications, and overall project enablement activities;
- Contribute to ad鈥慼oc tasks within the PMO and communication environment.
