This role serves as a management interface to the customer. Primary responsibility of this role is to analyze and monitor account Tata - trends, activities and requirements and there of shape Bosch offerings in the Mobility Sector to maximize Bosch growth with Tata. The role is responsible for coordinating all Bosch activities with Tata and aligning the respective GB activities.

Provide the understanding of Customer needs & Customer processes to derive Customer strategy and in implementation & execution of Customer relationship management.

Process, method and tool know-how
Adapt to the know how's of BBM sales process both in Domains and EO organizations. Knowledge of Sales Force is beneficial.
Solution Selling
Develop needed Push for solution selling/pre-selling (value selling), advanced competence in sales fundamentals (incl. marketing fundamentals).
