This position will be contracted through Bosch鈥檚 external vendor under a one-year agreement.
- Lead and mentor development team members regarding QA activities, guiding the project team to ensure successful and high-quality product deployments.
- Develop a comprehensive QA strategy for the project that addresses all critical quality characteristics, prioritizing automation over manual testing to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
- Continuously improve quality processes and activities by implementing early testing practices, including Shift-left testing, across the team and project.
- Analyze product requirements and design documents, contributing expertise to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Assist the development team in implementing mutation testing tools to enhance unit test quality, and provide visualization of results using graphical tools.
- Design test cases based on a deep understanding of requirements and effective testing techniques.
- Conduct essential testing activities from task initiation to delivery, tracking and managing defects as they arise.
- Review and provide feedback on team members' test cases to ensure thorough and consistent test coverage.
- Work as a hybrid QA, developing automation test scripts for assigned projects.
- Continuously improve workflows and share best practices across the team.
- Generate new ideas and contribute to the development and growth of the QA department.
- Provide support, conduct reviews, and offer necessary training to team members.
- Standardize project data and create an automated dashboard to track and manage the progress, status, and quality of the project.
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics such as automation coverage, trends, and performance results.
