Join the GrabMart Growth & Partnerships team โ the regional business team for the GrabMart vertical across Southeast Asia.
We are responsible for regional growth strategy, pricing and marketplace frameworks, and overall commercial performance. We manage strategic funding to unlock new growth opportunities and step-change initiatives, while maintaining strong alignment between regional priorities and country execution.
Working across strategy, analytics, product, and country operations, we define key marketplace levers centrally and act as a commercial and operational thought partner to markets to drive sustainable growth.
Get to Know the Role
We are seeking an individual to join our high growth regional team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Marketplace, and support the development of GrabMart's marketplace for the region.
This is not a pure analytics role. You will combine commercial judgment, and strong data fluency to drive measurable marketplace improvements across pricing, supply models, and platform configuration.
You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Country Business teams to frame problems, evaluate trade-offs, and translate insights into scalable execution across markets.
