Job Description

Conducting reliability assessments and root cause analyses to enhance boiler products performance
Making technical assessment for designed or purchased components in terms of reliability concerns
Being able to understand and explain possible damage mechanisms act on boiler components/materials
Developing and executing comprehensive testing protocols for combustion solutions and designing reliability test procedures
Performing reliability tests in laboratory and giving proposals for design improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement design improvements
Preparing the specification of test machine
Preparing the reports for tests and research studies
Being able to understand physical damage mechanisms and failure effects
Following up projects as "reliability engineer" member (Product development projects, Cost-down projects, ECR projects, Problem solving sessions etc.)
