In PK product area, you will be responsible for the antenna design of multi radio sensors in sub 10 GHz frequency range:
- Antenna design based on 3D EM simulations
- Selection and testing of RF components (antenna, filter, switch, etc.)
- RF design verification measurements: scattering parameters, radiation pattern, radiated power, pulse shape
- Analyzing and creating requirement specifications for the silicon and the antenna design
- Creating requirements and guidelines for sensor integration on the vehicle.
- 3D EM performance simulations for sensors mounted on the vehicle
- Continuous alignment with HW layout team on PCB optimization
- Running PCB feasibility/placement studies for new sensor generation
- Qualification of components from 2nd supplier
- Characterization of RF material parameters (permittivity, loss tangent)
- Tracking and analyzing relevant RF standards, specifications, protocols and regulations
