Job Description

Brand Store Event Coordination:

Scouting chefs/ barista/ etc to host hands-on event in our store.
Liaise with host and brand store team to ensure smooth event operations.
Assist in the preparation and execution of cooking events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event to ensure a successful experience for all participants.
Post-event follow up and evaluation to increase conversions

Brand Store Opening/ Launch Event Support:

Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of store openings/ launch events are well-organized.
Assist in planning and execution of events, including promotional activities, setup, and on-the-ground support.
Ensure all materials and supplies are available and in place for the events.
