Roll-out MM template for customers.
Implement new business change request based on current solutions.
Manage and monitor the deliverables in projects.
Consult and make sure daily operation run smoothly and effectively.
Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s.
Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services.
Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps and solutions to these gaps.
Perform system configuration, functional test, SIT, UAT support, go-live and post go-live support.
Create functional specification and work with technical team for change requests.
