We are looking for a digital and social media marketing manager with deep expertise in platforms, content creation, analytics, and paid social. This role will work hand鈥慽n鈥慼and with the Brand Core Marketing Specialist 360 to enhance campaign performance, ensure message consistency, and create integrated regional consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the social media strategy for CARCAM aligned with Visa鈥檚 regional brand objectives.
- Support and manage Visa鈥檚 social presence together with the brand leads in the markets of Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and Puerto Rico.
- Partner closely with the 360 Marketing Specialist to align campaign messaging, amplify brand initiatives across social, and translate regional narratives into platform鈥憈ailored content.
- Oversee multi-market content creation, localization, and deployment.
- Lead development of social assets: short videos, storytelling, educational content, and always鈥憃n campaigns.
- Build and manage paid social strategies, including audience segmentation, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, and platform representatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions, and share of voice.
- Translate insights from social analytics, Google data, media reports, and transaction trends into action.
- Support digital partnerships and social components of co鈥慴randed initiatives.
This role significantly elevates Visa鈥檚 digital impact by working collaboratively with the 360-marketing role to build cohesive, culturally relevant, and high鈥憄erforming campaigns.
