The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a key role ensuring that the project have the support needed. This support includes facilitating financial management, controlling project assets and resources, and providing guidance on time.
The PMO will analyze data, producing accurate, meaningful, and timely reports by partnering with Delivery management team. These reports include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis, providing valuable insights to support management decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team, including Delivery Managers, Mid/Senior PMO-PPMO, Project Managers, People Development & Recruiting, HR, FP&A, Sales Owners, Accounting, and Legal representatives as needed.
- Generate and maintain up-to-date project, program, and portfolio reports.
- Provide administrative support to project boards, project assurance teams, and quality review meetings.
- Support SOX controls related to the Project Management Office if assigned.
- Create financial reports, from simple to moderately complex, following organizational standards to keep project and cost center managers informed about their areas of responsibility.
- Utilize financial forecasting and modeling tools to gather and analyze data for accurate forecasting.
