Key Responsibilities
Campaign Measurement & Performance Analysis
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, social, and other channels
- Define and track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion and ROI
- Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis, including test-and-learn and uplift measurement
Reporting & Insights
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Provide regular performance readouts, deep-dive analyses, and executive-ready summaries
- Build and maintain tracking dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Power BI
Attribution & Optimization
- Focus on evaluating the campaigns relative to business objectives/ROI
- Partner with media and campaign teams to drive continuous improvement
Data Management & Collaboration
- Work closely with data and insights team, media agencies and marketing stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best-practice measurement standards
- Assist in developing measurement frameworks and experimentation methodologies
