We are seeking a highly consumer first, analytical, experienced Lead Product Manager to lead Search discovery experience as a core problem statement across Grab鈥檚 Food Deliveries and Dining Out products.
The vision for this charter and role will be to take a robust search experience and step-change its experience, relevance, personalisation and efficiency to deliver outstanding consumer search experience and strong business outcomes
In this role, you will be the driving force behind improving the end-to-end user discovery experience, optimization of our search stack, advancing our ML-driven ranking and retrieval to unlock incremental order volume and delight our users.
This role requires a blend of technical depth in search systems, connecting consumer problems to technical solutions, and the leadership skills to align cross-functional teams based in Beijing and Singapore. Critical tasks you will perform will include,
End-to-End Ownership of search discovery experience roadmap for our Food deliveries, Dining out products
Build best in class Search Discovery, upgrading the user discovery experience, search relevance, personalisation resulting in increased conversion
Partner with Data Science & ML Engineering to evolve the models and signals that power search algorithms and personalization. Translate model improvements into measurable consumer and business outcomes.
Cross-Border Leadership - Drive the product strategy and execution for search acting as a bridge between our tech hubs in Beijing and Singapore, and business and product stakeholders in the region.
