Manage and optimize physical logistics operations, including milk run routing, material flow, and 5S activities.
Responsible for coordinating with various departments to manage the shopfloor OPLs, ensuring they are actioned, updated, and closed according to the deadline.

Proactively track daily complaints from the production department, escalating alerts and implementing solutions when abnormal occurrences are identified.
