• Maintenance of quality assurance matrix (QAM) and related Q tools
• Actively coordinate actions to reduce customer complaints or internal escapes. (e.g. AOI , functional escapes)
• Responsible of sharing and evaluating lessons learned in order to lead its sustainability
• Improve systems and procedures (FA/SMT)
• Drive reduction of internal defect cost (IDC) and fall off rate (FOR)
• Perform layered process audits (LPA) and give solutions to open points under his responsibilities.
• Perform Gembas and reviews 6S in production shop floor.
• Reinforce quality controls.
• Creates internal claims towards suppliers for follow up by PQA
• Regular communication within IPN on Q-related topics.
• Follow up of material on “HOLD” to release it (documentation)
• Champion of ALR process.
• Responsible of monitoring Quality controls according to PFMEA.
• Work together with the SMT/FA group to solve quality issues.
