At ServiceNow the Business Systems Analysis team is focused on how our internal systems support business processes. We work with key stakeholders to capture business and user requirements. We meet with business partners to understand needs and pain points, then translate those into clear requirements and user stories. We make sure requirements are fully understood, implemented correctly in the ServiceNow product or other systems, and tested.

- Facilitate requirements gathering鈥痑nd process mapping workshops.鈥疨erform gap analysis (as is鈥痜unctionality versus to be鈥痜unctionality)
- Participate in end-to-end activities鈥痳elated to implementation planning鈥痠ncluding project management, issue鈥痬anagement, communication and鈥痗hange鈥痬anagement
- Help personalize and humanize the鈥痗ustomer experience while at the鈥痵ame time accomplishing future鈥痓usiness鈥痵calability
- Document the customer journey鈥痑nd identify ways to improve existing鈥痗ustomer pain points based on鈥痯rocess optimization, technology,鈥痗hange management, or communication
- Help uncomplicate the work鈥痚nvironment of tomorrow by鈥痜orecasting scalable solutions and鈥痺hen they need to be ready to be鈥痙elivered to positively鈥痠nfluence the customer鈥痡ourney
- Work with the business, design,鈥痚ngineering, and product teams to鈥痗reate digital transformation鈥痚xperiences for team members鈥痑nd鈥痗ustomers
- Work based on Agile digital鈥痚xecution and communicate across鈥痬ultiple cross teams to ensure鈥痵uccessful project鈥痙elivery
- Translate your recommendations to senior鈥痩eadership to gain agreement, affect鈥痗hange and influence long term鈥痙igital鈥痵trategies
- Help create customer鈥痵olutions to affect鈥痮rganizational transformational in the鈥痜ace of a digital-first new鈥痩andscape
- Participate in User Acceptance鈥痶esting and recommend鈥痠mprovements.
- Build proofs-of-concept (POC)鈥痜or鈥痯otential new solutions鈥痑nd鈥痶echnologies by working with product management and engineering teams.
