The Account Executive (Manager) is responsible for managing and growing a complex, multi鈥慶ountry strategic client relationship. This role owns day鈥憈o鈥慸ay account management, supports the execution of regional initiatives, and serves as a key point of coordination between the client and internal Visa teams.
The Account Executive will support the development and execution of joint business plans, contribute to the growth of payment volumes and digital usage, and ensure consistent delivery of Visa solutions across markets in alignment with commercial agreements and business priorities.

This role operates within a matrixed, regional sales organization and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies. The Account Executive (Manager) is expected to manage execution with a high degree of autonomy while aligning priorities and decisions with senior account leadership.
The role requires the ability to balance regional consistency with local market needs, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively across countries while adhering to regulatory, operational, and contractual requirements.
The Account Executive will be expected to maintain accurate account documentation, including account plans, opportunity tracking, and performance reporting, using Visa鈥檚 internal systems and tools. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
