ā¢ Lead the Charge: Spearhead mechanical design activities for groundbreaking ADAS sensors, guiding projects from initial quotation through to Start of Production (SOP), ongoing series support, and continuous improvement initiatives (change packages, RPP).
ā¢ Be the Expert: Serve as the primary technical contact for all mechanical design aspects, fostering strong relationships with both our valued customers and strategic suppliers.
ā¢ Drive Excellence: Prepare and meticulously maintain project documentation, adhering to our robust ME best practices.
ā¢ Master the Metrics: Plan, track, and control engineering costs, ensuring projects meet ambitious quality, budget, and time targets.
ā¢ Communicate with Impact: Prepare and deliver compelling project status updates and essential management reports, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
ā¢ Foster Collaboration: Champion synergies and efficiency across diverse engineering domains, including mechanical design, reliability engineering, and simulation. You'll work closely with our global partners (ME-SN IDN and IPN) to achieve collective success.
