The Planning & Operations team builds the data infrastructure and operational workflows that ensure GrabMart partnerships across Southeast Asia. You will partner with Supply Chain and Category Management specialists to design integration processes that allow retail partners to manage inventory and fulfilment operations across multiple sales channels. The team operates from our First Avenue Office in Malaysia, coordinating technical implementations and partner launches throughout the region.
Get to Know the Role
You will build data infrastructure, system integrations, and operational processes for GrabMart partnerships across Southeast Asia. You will construct data pipelines to track partner performance. You will manage technical integrations between GrabMart platforms and retail partner systems, such as POS, ERP, and WMS. You will design workflows that allow partners like Jaya Grocer, Lotte, and Robinsons to sell through multiple channels. You will connect our internal product and tech teams with external retail partners to resolve technical requirements and operational discrepancies.
This is a fully onsite role at our Malaysia's Petaling Jaya office and will report to the Head of Planning and Operations
