Leading RBHP/QMM for overall Quality Management functions of RBHP.
- Internal quality management for all products manufactured in RBHP and plant-plant products.
- Preventive quality management: Quality assurance plan for product releases (incl. process and MAE releases) and changes.
- Series quality management: processing internal and external customer claims
- Plant to plant quality management.
- Maintain and improve QM system including internal and external system audit and process audits.
- Promotion and assessment of Q-methods (Problem solving, 8D, Shainin, FMEA, SPC, QAM, etc.โฆ).
- Management of all customer related quality topics, for example Complaint management, negotiation and decision about corrective actions with customer, managing customer audits / visits and quality management of trading parts.
- Onsite customer support at engine and vehicle plant e.g. launch support and PHA, in the field at OES and BDC e.g. Guided trouble shouting, claim management and permanent support for key customers through residents.
- Quality Reporting (0-km, incidents, field, response time to customer complaints, external defect cost).
- QMM service function planning and execution (Fine measurement, Gauge management, Laboratory metallographic analysis.).
- Product audit (Q/A/Z test planning and execution).
