- Monitor and support the development and implementation of new production processes
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing and Control Instructions (Work Instructions)
- Create and maintain Standardized Work Instructions for production lines
- Analyze and optimize workstations and production line balancing
- Conduct production time studies and MTM analysis
- Perform capacity analysis and production performance evaluations
- Support the industrialization of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Analyze and implement process and product improvements
- Prepare technical calculations and cost estimations for new products
- Maintain and update process data in SAP systems
