Core responsibilities:
Master Data Management: Maintain master data for production planning, overseeing production ramp-up, shut-down, and material consumption monitoring.
Inventory and Supply Assurance: Ensure effective inventory management and the availability of all necessary materials, supplies, and consumables. This includes identifying missing components and initiating timely procurement.
Logistics Oversight: Monitor delivery dates, process complaints efficiently, and coordinate any required schedule adjustments.
Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production plans by considering production capacities, order status, inventory levels, production and delivery backlogs, and procurement situations, while adhering strictly to deadlines.
International Training and Knowledge Transfer: Participate in a structured training period in Schw盲bisch Gm眉nd, Germany, to acquire and organize knowledge related to sample production. Upon return, you will perform duties from Makl谩r and contribute to the development of the Makl谩r knowledge base.
Inter-site Coordination: Coordinate the transfer of sample production responsibility effectively between both locations.
