About the Role
These leaders will run intensive, on-site Vision-to-Prototype engagements with C-level executives across our Marquee customersâ helping define ServiceNow strategy, prioritize high-value use cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to build prototypes on the ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on AI.
Think of it as a blend of:
⢠strategic advisor,
⢠transformation catalyst, and
⢠engagement leader guiding 4â6 week sprints.
Youâll work closely with our Workflow Design Studio, Chief Transformation Officers, industry teams, and value leaders to help customers move from AI ambition â execution with real speed and clarity.
