Role: Motor system expert (50%):
- Use defined tools (MotorCAD, Maxwell and internal tools) to make magnet circuit simulation and motor performance evaluation based on customer and product requirement
- Familiar with motor theory, especially for PMSM & BLDC motors, including basic control algorithm (FOC, MTPA, Field weakening), capable of solving problems in motor system
- Be responsible of existing Bosch product motor optimization in performance, thermal and NVH
- Coordinate with product system team and MCU team to derive solution based on overall consideration
- Coordinate with product simulation team to generate motor sub-system related simulation (Excitation, thermal, NVH)
Role: Motor system designer (50%):
- Lead and develop innovative, competitive and functional solutions for rotor and stator assemblies including the associated active components within EC Building sets.
- Responsibility for manufacturability and assembly of the sub-assemblies rotor and stator according to EC Building Sets Governance from the platform development concept phase to the production stage.
- Close coordination with motor design, component expertise and process development to define the design of the assembly using design quality methods (D-FMEA, DFMA, DRBFM..)
- Derivation of module and component validation from product requirements
- Coordinate with business unit for technical topics management & push forward technical solution or proposals.
