The Outbound Communication team develops high-throughput solutions that allow the delivery of transactional and marketing messages, including push notifications, emails, SMS, and more, to millions of users, while also improving in-app communication experiences. Get to know the role
You will contribute to our customer-facing products used by millions of users across 8 countries and work across multiple backend service clusters and frontend stacks to ensure product quality. Your responsibilities include writing and executing automated tests, performing manual quality assurance checks when needed, troubleshooting software issues, and implementing automated testing strategies and tools. You will also own, track, and drive quality processes (e.g., postmortems, on-call) for the team.
You will report to the Engineering Manager based in Vietnam and will be onsite at the Grab HCMC office.
