WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you’ll take the lead in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by driving visual standards and commercial excellence. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to your success and that of the company.
You will:
Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the entire customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement, as well as driving sales, collaborating closely with your team.
Lead your Visual Merchandising team to organise, plan and prioritise workload according to store activation plan, adapting to business needs in collaboration with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
Coach, develop, and inspire a strong Visual Merchandising team, building a sustainable talent pipeline for the store.
Ensure garment care, proper stock levels, and provide input on allocations to Store Management.
Leverage trend and competitor insights to coach and upskill the store team, enabling them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
