Get to Know the Role
The Project Management and Content Assistant Manager is a strategic operational role responsible for driving the execution of CEO-led initiatives. This position is designed for a project lead who can synthesize complex organizational data into action. You will support the operational rhythm of the CEO's Office, ensuring cross-functional projects are delivered with precision while maintaining the CEO's strategic narrative across all internal and external platforms. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. This role is expected to operate as a 'force multiplier' for the Office, moving beyond coordination to active problem-solving and proxy representation.
This is a project-based, 6-month position with the opportunity for a contract extension or conversion to a full-time role.
