Join a global team, supporting an organization across 11 countries. You will be part of a dynamic, international environment, working on key HR initiatives in the field of new technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively support cross-functional teams in projects (e.g: related to global reorganization, compensation & benefits (including position grading and AI), succession planning, skill planning).
- You will provide regular status updates, steer information and activity timelines, and ensure data quality through maintenance and follow-ups.
- Support the leadership team for example in preparing global meetings.
- You will be responsible for sharing results and steering follow-up actions to drive progress.
