Wise is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our newly set up APAC Brand and Creative team in Singapore. As an excellent and accomplished visual designer, youâll play a key part in helping our in-house agency create impactful, recognisable and effective marketing content for the Asian region.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can think big (campaigns, bold ideas) and small (details, finesse) at the same time. Weâre looking for an ambitious, passionate, creative self-starter with at least 7 years of experience in a similar in-house team or reputable agency.

The Brand and Creative team is made up of 25+ people and based in London and Singapore. As a team, our mission is to bring Wiseâs story to life with clarity and creative excellence. We champion the brand across every touchpoint â making complex financial ideas simple, human and engaging. From big campaigns to everyday content, we work to ensure Wise is recognised and trusted worldwide, helping people and businesses move money faster, cheaper and more transparently.
Hereâs how youâll be contributing within the Brand and Creative team:
Youâll play a key role in the delivery of projects of all scales and at all stages. Being responsible to manage the process from start to finish.
Have an oversight on creative quality â ensuring all our marketing in the region is best in class creatively.
Youâll apply your previous experience to ensure the creation of effective marketing communications at all stages of the funnel across a multitude of different channels, including YouTube, Paid Social, OOH and Paid Display
Youâll convey ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and ask âwhat ifâ.
Youâll bring inspiration from everywhere, constantly striving to connect our brand to culture and the worldâs our customers live in.
Youâll be a custodian of the brand applying it intuitively from button to billboard.
Youâll have intuitive knowledge of marketing in the Asia region, knowing what works and applying best practice across all deliverables.
Youâll be a custodian of the Wise brand, helping adapt and stretch it to suit local nuances.
