Provides consulting to identify IT P/S/S risk management approach.
Creates and implements the IT P/S/S quality assurance plan.
Assists in IT P/S/S problem-solving (e.g., 8D) and establishing a continuous improvement process.
Monitors IT P/S/S and process compliance, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure compliant development and maintenance.
Conducts spot checks to verify adherence to operational processes.
Serve as a moderator for Release Gates (RGs) and Quality Gates (QGs) to ensure IT P/S/S release criteria are met based on standard or tailored process approvals.
Provides transparency by reporting IT P/S/S quality metrics as defined in the quality assurance plan.
