As a Client Director, you’ll work closely with Client Managers, ACMs, and Analysts, providing guidance and coaching as they support clients in analyzing data using NIQ tools and services. You’ll help ensure work is delivered in line with NIQ standards and service models, enabling clients to gain insights on industries, markets, and consumers to inform business decisions. Responsible for driving NIQ's CS Industry Insights mission for their team through the delivery of Thought Leadership and accountable for the on-target delivery of team KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with junior and senior analytics associates, offering coaching and guidance to support strong performance and continued professional development.
- Own the CS Industry Insights mission for the team through the consistent delivery of Thought Leadership.
- Ensure the team meets all relevant KPIs and success metrics.
- Partner closely with the Account Lead to transform the customer experience across all clients served by the team.
- Drive execution of the Service Model and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with rigor and consistency.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of the Academy by all team members, fostering strong probing skills to uncover critical business questions and holding the team accountable for delivering insights aligned with Academy learnings.
- Continuously coach the team in selecting and visualizing the most relevant data to develop strategically impactful presentations filled with insights and proactive recommendations.
- Guide the team in managing client expectations around project scoping, prioritization, time management, and adherence to JBP priorities.
- Demonstrate and instill strong question-probing skills to uncover the most important business questions for clients.
- Lead generation: Maintain deep fluency in the full NIQ portfolio—including incremental offerings—and identify, create, and convert opportunities into incremental sales through strong client relationships and partnerships with Consultants.
- Proactively partner with senior stakeholders to anticipate and remove potential roadblocks.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of best-in-class analyses and impactful insights.
- Act as NIQ multilingual (across all data assets) strategist and team leader, embedding a consumer-driven marketing culture.
- Provoke deeper client inquiry into consumer behavior and generate CPS leads
- Discuss international market use case needs to pursue a global win-back by showcasing NIQ’s superior CPS proposition.
- Leverage CPS insights to inform pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies in response to consumer behavior shifts.
Expanded Strategic Responsibilities
- Omnishopper Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in NIQ’s Omnishopper solution, with a strong ability to integrate Omnishopper assets across the broader NIQ ecosystem to deliver cohesive, cross-solution insights.
- Large-Scale Deployment Leadership: Play a pivotal role in the deployment of large-scale user bases (400+), including training, use case exploration, and thorough vetting of transition needs previously fulfilled by other vendors.
- Panel Fluency: Exhibit deep fluency in panel data to accurately interpret client requirements and strategically pair them with the most relevant NIQ solutions.
