Director, Partner Solutions Lead, Affluent & Card Benefits

 Visa is seeking an experienced, technically sound, & commercially oriented Director to lead product vision, solution design, and go-to-market strategy for a new flagship platform in support of our Affluent & Card benefits business. This platform will sit at the intersection of user experience, content, and feature enablement with a primary focus on high-value benefit categories, including Airlines & Travel, Streaming & Digital Entertainment, Live Entertainment & Experiences, and emerging AI-driven services. 

This is a highly visible, partner-facing leadership role responsible for creating differentiated, scalable technical user experiences that drive issuer adoption of Visa Infinite affluent programs worldwide. You will act as the strategic bridge between Visa’s global product, regional product, engineering, account management, and sourcing teams and the world’s leading airlines, streaming platforms, entertainment conglomerates, and next-generation AI companies. 

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end solution design and commercialization of card benefit solutions in marquee categories (Airlines, Streaming, Entertainment, AI services). 
• Interact directly with senior executives at marquee partners to ensure seamless & secure partner integration into Visa-owned capabilities 
• People manage a direct team of 2-3 product managers and influence key stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization 
• Translate partner assets (status, credits, content, data, IP) into compelling, user ready card benefit products that deliver measurable ROI for issuers and cardholders 
• Develop global benefit frameworks and toolkits that can be localized by regional teams while preserving consistency, performance, and scale
