Job Description

Timely preparation and execution of the following activities according to global and regional schedules:
Validate the accuracy of orders received in SAP from Microsoft Dynamics, based on internal company processes and policies.
Collaborate with the Order Management team to ensure that orders received in SAP comply with US GAAP and NIQ policies.
Process customer invoicing and handle invoice cancellations/credit note creation.
Process revenue recognition.
Prepare reports related to billing and revenue.
Responsible for performing billing/revenue controls.
Prepare accruals, provisions, cancellations, and account reconciliations.
Generate month-end reports on unbilled balances and deferred balances in accordance with US GAAP/statutory standards and global processes.
Raise any issues identified that are not aligned with NIQ policies and US GAAP standards.
Support markets during audits (CAS, statutory, VAT, etc.) and assist with related documentation collection.
Work with the Revenue Leader to support their deliverables.
