Get to Know the Role
This role falls under the Technical Program Management domain. You will be a Lead Technical Program Manager, responsible for driving a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, while simultaneously designing and deploying AI-enabled tooling to eliminate organizational toil. This role moves beyond traditional program management, requiring both strategic leadership and foundational engineering skills to build robust, scalable, and impactful solutions.
You will be at the forefront of the TPM Cyborganization vision, ensuring the function evolves into one optimised for strategic leadership, influence, and AI-augmented execution.
You will report to the Head of Technical Programme Management, will be based on fully on-site in Singapore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Program Leadership: Focus on driving strategic initiatives, complex cross-functional programs, and org-wide change management. You will apply a high proportion of effort to high-value, strategic activities. This will take up to 20% of your daily focus.
- AI-Enabled Workflow Replacement: Identify, define, and execute on automating high-impact toil. This involves design, develop, and deploy AI-tools and agents that uses LLM to automate program execution toil work.
- Tool Building & Deployment:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-tools and agents that automate program execution toil work.
- One of your formal performance goals will be "AI-enabled workflow replacement".
- This must include building a tool that uses LLMs as part of its core functionality.
- Engineering Practice: Apply foundational engineering skills and structured software development practices to create robust and scalable internal tooling. This includes:
- Applying best practices for API and architecture design.
- Utilizing version control (Git) and participating in code review practices.
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and production considerations.
- Stakeholder & Team Engagement: Accelerate impact, build high-performing teams, and drive effective prioritization. You will work with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly..
