The purpose of this position is to assess and execute the planning, controlling and reporting Sales KPIs for a specific customer team and to achieve operational excellence
Plan Sales KPI data for Current Forecast and Business Planning Cycles in close cooperation with the Sales Customer Team. Carry out data analysis for explaining KPI movement between cycles.
Execute Yearly Bosch Business Mobility Sales Planning exercise in close cooperation with the Sales Team.
Support Sales teams on Price Management with inputs on Raw Material, Exchange Rate, Commercial Re-pricing and other pricing relevant topics.
Control & report Key Sales KPIs namely Acquisition Target (AcT), Price Change Rate (PCR), Price claims, Sales head count, volumes & Turnover, Special Earnings (SE) , Coverage Special Sales (CSS), & Accruals as per defined reporting frequencies.
Check and escalate commercial concerns / risks for appropriate management interventions / decisions
Ensure fulfilment of reporting requirements as per IFRS and IND-AS requirements.
