These are just a few of the challenges a Senior Content Designer will work on as part of Wiseâs global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Right now we move ÂŁ6 billion every month for over 12 million people. But we're only 2% done â because people without borders deserve money without borders.
What youâll be doing:
Youâll be working in the cross-functional Personal Onboarding Verification team â a team that helps customers onboard to Wise.
Youâll be part of the Global KYC and Onboarding squad â a squad that makes onboarding to Wise safe, compliant and scalable.
In this role, youâll support personal customers to onboard to Wise quickly, easily and with confidence. Youâll help keep Wise safe and secure for our customers and balance meeting regulatory obligations with building world-class customer experiences.
Youâll invest time in understanding our customers, their needs and our infrastructure. And youâll design and deliver experiences that make onboarding clear and effortless, building trust with new and existing customers.
Youâll work with your cross-functional partners to design and scale experiences that teams across Wise can use.
You'll also be part of the Content Guild and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.

About you:
Hands on experience delivering product content in fast-paced, engineering-led environments
Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
Youâre comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity and can successfully collaborate in this environment
Familiarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problems
Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality
Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback
Heads up, this probably isnât for you if:
Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, journalism or social media and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.
