As the strategic owner of leadership excellence, you and your team will take a global responsibility to:
- Define the North Star for Leadership: In partnership with the Board of Management and senior business leaders, you will architect our global leadership development strategy. You will answer the critical question: "What defines an exceptional leader at Bosch, now and in the future?"
- Curate Transformational Learning Experiences: Go beyond traditional training. You will orchestrate the full lifecycle of our leadership programs, from diagnosing critical business needs to designing and delivering high-impact, blended learning journeys for our top executives and emerging leaders.
- Orchestrate High-Stakes Executive Engagements: You will conceptualize and execute our strategic leadership meetings.
- Embed Our Leadership Fundamentals: You will be the primary custodian of our leadership principles. Your mission is to ensure these principles are actively lived across all business units and regions, creating a cohesive and powerful leadership culture.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to the Top: Build influential partnerships with the Board of Management, C-level executives, and HR Business Partners. You will be their go-to expert, providing counsel, coaching, and data-driven insights to ensure programs meet business needs and gain strong buy-in.
- Lead a Center of Excellence: You will strategically steer our internal executive learning institution. This includes managing its portfolio and commercial performance to deliver exceptional value and tangible cost efficiencies.
