Assist the Network Infrastructure team in supporting global enterprise network infrastructure, including data centers, WAN, LAN, and cloud connectivity.
Develop a foundational understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting principles.
Support monitoring, triage, and documentation of network incidents, alerts, and service degradation events, under supervision.
Assist in maintaining and updating network documentation, operational runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), aligned with best practices used in Network Infrastructure team.
