Be the technical bridge between design, manufacturing, and management teams, ensuring clear communication, design feasibility, and efficient problem resolution.
In a distributed environment (design teams in Mexico, India and Germany, manufacturing in Celaya, and management in Mexico/US), the Liaison Engineer aligns technical requirements, supports implementation in production, coordinates engineering changes, and ensures timely resolution of technical issues, enabling a smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
Develop system-level requirements and architecture, specifying functional and security features. Maintain communication and discussions with the internal development team and the client to define the system's key features. Provide guidance to the team to address technical challenges related to the system's features and expected performance. Works independently and fulfills responsibilities 100%.
Translate design requirements into manufacturable solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate and align design, plant, and management teams, facilitating effective technical communication and mutual understanding.
Manage deviations, engineering changes, and production issues, leading root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure technical decisions consider impact on cost, quality, timing, and production capacity.
Provide clear and timely visibility of technical status and risks to management.
