Core Responsibilities
âȘ Local sales channel strategy development cross BU including implementation.
âȘ Assumes PT duties in the country (towards internal and external stakeholders)
âȘ P&L responsibility (Local Contribution Margin) cross BU incl. sales related budgets and headcounts.
âȘ Lead and develop a local sales team and foster a strong performance culture.
âȘ Develops the PT channel organization, the people and their skills to meet future requirements and success factors.
âȘ Implement sales standards to ensure systematic go to market approach and high efficiency / sales performance
âȘ Constantly identifies and develops talents for higher sales management
âȘ Increase user shopping experience at retail & at target user journey touchpoints
âȘ Responsible for steering, target setting, monitoring of KPIs and securing of agreed sales targets
âȘ Strengthen the OnePT culture (externally and internally)
Tasks
âȘ Generate profitable market share gain by steering sales strategy development and implementation
âȘ Implement pricing strategy including terms & condition management
âȘ Generates cross BU efficiency gains in the sales organization and drives digitalization initiatives
âȘ Continuous market screening, identification of growth potential, risks and trends
âȘ Holds contact to management of national customers and is escalation level after channels directors
âȘ Sparring for channels directors on strategic / conceptional / top customer topics
âȘ Regular alignment of sales-related topics with other key PT stake holders like RBD, SA, BV, âŠ
âȘ Supports regional strategy developments
âȘ Implements business unit strategies
âȘ Best Practice Sharing with other RBDs/CBDs
âȘ Achieves of sales targets (target deployment, monitoring, forecasting, steering). Contributes to overstock reduction.
âȘ Continuous improvement of sales organization: management, coaching and development of sales personnel
âȘ Facilitate smooth collaboration between all functions (sales, marketing, service)
