Technical Solutions is a team of subject matter experts within the Client Services function. The role of Consultant in Technical Solutions Loyalty team is about providing in-depth technical support to onboard clients and resolve issues as well as providing consultancy across all Visa Loyalty products.
This position will provide day-to-day support to clients in the financial payment鈥檚 ecosystem. Duties of the role include; taking ownership of the client鈥檚 onboarding to the loyalty platform, working with other internal or external parties to resolve issues, whilst ensuring the client鈥檚 expectations are not only met but exceeded.
What we expect of you, day to day:
- Liaise with Marketing team/clients to understand the campaign requirement.
- Taking ownership of the client鈥檚 onboarding to the loyalty platform whilst ensuring the client鈥檚 expectations are not only met but exceeded
- Review project brief and understand the business requirement & Scope of the campaigns.
- Perform complex research using VISA internal tools to support /launch loyalty campaigns.
- Operational campaign execution (offer set-up, promotional execution).
- Perform technical reviews of campaign offer mechanic as per business requirement.
- Perform Audits to ensure Offer machines are working as expected.
- Perform releasing cashbacks to cardholder鈥檚 accounts based on Loyalty campaign requirements.
- Deliver prompt and effective customer support via phone, tickets and email
- Optimise existing processes and identify where change is needed
- Develop subject matter expertise on Visa's loyalty products with a focus on Card Link Offers.
- Internal cross-functional communication with specifically Sales, Business Development, Product and Campaign Management
- Contributes to development of functional strategy and recommends product or service improvements.
- Is the point of contact for client service support for our solutions and incorporated in our Client Services team
- Develops and demonstrates knowledge of Visa Loyalty Solution鈥檚 and Visa鈥檚 products and services.
- Builds and maintains relationships with colleagues to foster culture of collaboration
- Create various Excel based reports/files based on campaign requirements.
- Working with other internal or external parties to resolve issues, whilst ensuring the client鈥檚 expectations are not only met but exceeded
